Honey Barbeque Shredded Pork
Ingredients
1 pork shoulder, picnic roast
1-1/4 cups Ketchup
½ cup of water
½ cup of Glory Bee Honey
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of white vinegar
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
8 to 10 crusty rolls or flour tortillas
Directions
In 9x13-inch pan, combine all ingredients. Cover with foil and roast at 300 degrees for 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Shred meat using two forks, removing all bones and skin. Stir with sauce. Serve in crusty rolls or warmed flour tortillas.

1 1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs
3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
4-5 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup of ketchup or ½ ketchup and ½ cup of barbeque sauce
1/2 cup Glory Bee Honey
1/4 cup soya sauce
Directions
Meatball:
Combine meat, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, s&p in bowl. Mix well with fork. Form into 1 inch balls. Place balls in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 500 for 10-12 mins. Drain well
Sauce:
Melt butter in sauce pan and sauté garlic until tender. Add ketchup (ketchup bbq sauce mixture), honey, and soya sauce. Bring to a boil. Place meatballs in greased casserole dish, pour sauce over top. Bake 350 for 20 mins- 1/2 hour.

Honey Walnut Shrimp
Ingredients
1 cup of whole shelled walnuts
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
Heat the butter in a pan over a medium heat until melted.
Add the walnuts and stir constantly together for a minute.
Add the sugar and continue stirring all these ingredients together for a further 2 minutes.
Sauce
Mix together the following then set to one side:
3 tablespoons of a good mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
Half a teaspoon of lemon juice
Prepare Your Shrimp you will need 1lb of shelled and cleaned shrimps
Batter
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 cup of water
Heat 2 – 3 cups of good cooking oil in a wok
Add your shrimp to your batter and using a fork to pick them out shake any excess batter off and place into your hot oil. Try not to put too many in at a time (only 8 -10 at a time). Cook them until they become a light golden brown color. Repeat. Once they are all cooked stir them into your sauce and they are ready to eat.
